The lesson
What this comic should leave behind
Jesus notices those the crowd overlooks; welcome can transform a home.
Ask: Who in our class or town is easy to overlook, and what would noticing them look like?
The prompt we use
Cheerful Zacchaeus Bible comic: packed Jericho street; small man climbing wide sycamore; Jesus looking up smiling; Zacchaeus scrambling down; household meal with coins set aside to repay. Four to six panels, leafy green and dusty road colours, kid-friendly, no mockery of height.
